Crydex is a decentralized finance (DeFi) platform that provides tools for token launches, decentralized exchange functionality, portfolio tracking, market analytics, and related services on the Solana blockchain and potentially other supported networks.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. Non-Custodial Nature
Crydex is a non-custodial platform. You retain full control of your wallet and private keys. We do not take custody of user funds. You are solely responsible for:
- The security of your wallet, keys and recovery phrases
- All transactions initiated from your wallet
- Verifying the details of any transaction before signing
5. Risks of DeFi
Using decentralized finance services carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Smart contract vulnerabilities and exploits
- Market volatility and total loss of invested capital
- Regulatory changes affecting cryptocurrency
- Network congestion, failed transactions and slippage
- Phishing, scams and malicious tokens
You acknowledge these risks and agree that Crydex is not liable for losses arising from these risks.
6. Third-Party Tokens and Content
Tokens traded on Crydex are created and managed by third parties. We do not endorse, audit, or guarantee any token. Listing on the Platform does not constitute investment advice or a recommendation.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering or terrorism financing
- Manipulate markets, engage in wash trading, or exploit vulnerabilities
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
8. Intellectual Property
All branding, designs, code, and content on this website are the property of Crydex or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security breaches.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crydex and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or digital assets, arising from your use of the Platform.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crydex from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on our X account and reflected in the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crydex is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
